  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the location and carrier performance. These timeframes are not guaranteed.

  • Some oversized or heavy products may require freight delivery. In such cases, we may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery on new, unused products in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, as outlined in our policy.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Installed or used electrical and pool equipment cannot be returned, except in cases where a product is determined to be defective and is still within the applicable return or warranty period.

  • Clearance, closeout, final sale of special-order items may be non-returnable, as indicated on the product page or invoice.

  • For safety reasons, electrical and pool equipment should only be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer instructions.

  • We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse or abuse of products, or lack of maintenance of products or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

  • Always consult a licensed professional if you are uncertain about installation or compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • SPI Supply, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or this website.

    • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or transaction is limited to the purchase price of that product.
