  • Free Shipping
    We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a $9.95 standard shipping cost.

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Time
    Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship only within the United States.

    • Some oversized or heavy items (such as pool equipment or building materials) may require freight delivery. In those cases, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

    • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • 30-Day Return Window
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items
    Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Installed or used products

    • Items missing original packaging or accessories

    • Clearance or final sale items

  • Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the credit to appear.

  • Note on Electrical & Pool Equipment

    For safety reasons, electrical and pool equipment should only be installed by qualified professionals. Please check compatibility carefully before ordering, as installed items cannot be returned.
