This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchsed made from SPI Supply LLC ("SPI Supply") via our website at spi.supply.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping
    We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a $9.95 standard shipping cost.

    • Free shipping applies to standard ground service on qualifying items shipping to the contiguous U.S.
    • Some oversized, heavy, or freight-only items may be excluded from free shipping. Any exceptions or additional freight charges will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Time
    Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by SPI Supply.

  • Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship only within the United States.
    • Some oversized or heavy items (such as pool equipment or building materials) may require freight delivery; in those cases, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements before shipment.
    • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • 30-Day Return Window
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that have been installed, used, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective item.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Installed or used products
    • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
    • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
    • Special-order items identified as non-returnable on the product page or invoice

  • Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Note on Electrical & Pool Equipment
    For safety reasons, electrical and pool equipment should only be installed by qualified professionals. Please check compatibility carefully before ordering, as installed items cannot be returned unless defective.

Most products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Unless otherwise stated, warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer; SPI Supply can assist by providing proof of purchase and basic guidance on how to start a claim.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our Contact Page or at orders@spi.supply with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization before you ship the item back.
