The Pentair 357527Z Keypad Assembly Kit is a genuine replacement part for IntelliFlo-series variable-speed pumps. It restores both the keypad and top housing cover, returning your pump to full functionality and appearance. Designed for newer versions of IntelliFloXF, IntelliFlo 2 VST, IntelliFlo i1, i2, and VS+SVRS models manufactured after specific dates. Ideal when your keypad or display loses visibility, or when the cover is damaged or weathered.

Compatibility & Replacements
This kit is compatible with several Pentair IntelliFlo and IntelliPro pump models, including IntelliFloXF, IntelliFlo 2 VST, IntelliFlo i1 & i2, VS+SVRS models—**only if pump manufacture date is after** specified threshold: respectively August 2015 (XF), April 2016 (i1/i2), and similar model-specific cut-off dates. Confirm your serial/model date before ordering. Replaces older keypad / cover assemblies with matching mounting hole patterns. Part substitutes include 101-3255 and 35-110-2130.
Installation & Notes
- Power pump off and unplug before replacing keypad assembly to avoid damage or electric shock.
- Carefully remove existing keypad cover and disconnect the keypad-to-drive cable, noting screw and seal placements.
- Install the new assembly following OEM orientation; ensure gasket/seal (if present) is seated to maintain water resistance.
- Test display and button functionality before fully sealing and replacing face plate screws.
- Keep replacement part numbers and manufacture date of your pump on hand in case checking compatibility is needed later.
