This OEM replacement kit rebuilds the volute pot / wet end of your pool pump, restoring optimal performance, sealing, and preventing leaks. Everything needed for sealing and housing integrity is included—housing, seal plate, lid, drain plug, basket, O-rings—so that you can replace failing components rather than purchasing a whole pump.

Compatibility & Replacements

Designed as a direct replacement for Pentair WhisperFlo, IntelliFlo (VS / VF / VS-SVRS) and WFE pump w/ Pot models. Use this kit when the wet end of your pump is failing (cracks, leaks, worn seal plate) to avoid replacing the whole pump. Not compatible with pumps whose frames or motors differ in bolt pattern or shaft size.

Installation & Notes

  • Power off pump & drain water before servicing wet end.
  • Remove existing housing and seal plate; inspect shaft, motor seal, and impeller for wear.
  • Install new seal plate and all included O-rings to specified torque; ensure lid clamp is properly seated and keyed clamp/cam ramp is aligned.
  • Verify that basket fits inside housing properly and is free to rotate without contact.
  • Re-prime pump and test under pressure to locate any leaks before final reassembly.
