Overview

The Jandy 7305 is a CPVC spring/swing check valve engineered to prevent backward flow in pool/spa systems. Its straight-through (180°) or 90° configuration options allow flexible placement, while the clear lid and red seal plate make inspections fast. The dual-sized ports (2″ inside, 2½″ outside slip) offer plumbing compatibility across many setups.

What’s Included

  • Jandy 7305 check valve body (CPVC)
  • Internal swing/spring plate / seal plate
  • Clear inspection lid & gasket

Compatibility & Replacements

Fits pool and spa plumbing using 2″ inside or 2½″ outside slip CPVC/PVC lines. Replaces earlier 7305 or equivalent standard check valves. Also available in 90° custom configuration where plumbing requires it.

Installation & Notes

  • Remove internal mechanism before gluing valve body to avoid chemical damage to moving parts.
  • Use proper CPVC lubricant / adhesive for connections; ensure joints are dry and clean.
  • Inspect lid regularly for seal integrity; clean debris under lid as needed to maintain flow.
  • Can be mounted vertically provided water flows upward; avoid downward flow which may prevent proper sealing.
